Heated Gloves
What size should I order?
Heated gloves run slightly smaller than regular gloves because of the heating element and lining inside. Check the size guide on the product page, which is based on hand measurements rather than the printed label size, and size up if you're between sizes.
Can I wash them?
Never machine wash or submerge the gloves, since this can damage the battery and heating elements. Spot clean the outer fabric with a damp cloth instead. Full care instructions come with every order.
Can I return them if they don't work for me?
Yes. If they're not right for you, our return policy applies the same as any other order. Details are on our Returns page.

Riding
Are these suitable for riding a motorcycle, or just for snowmobiling?
Both. They're built for hands gripping handlebars and controls for long stretches in the cold, so they work whether you're on a motorbike, a snowmobile, or an ATV.
Can I wear them under a full-face helmet visor or with riding gear?
Yes, they're designed as standalone riding gloves, not liners, so they go on the same way your normal motorcycle gloves would. Just check the cuff length against your jacket sleeve for a proper seal against wind and snow.
Can I charge them while riding?
Not while worn, no. Charge them fully before you ride. If you need heat for a long trip beyond the battery's runtime, carrying a spare charged battery pack (where the model supports it) is the usual workaround.
Heated Slippers
Can I wear them outside, or are they for indoor use only?
Check the water rating on the product page. Most heated slippers are designed for indoor and light outdoor use, such as stepping onto a porch or garden, rather than walking through snow or rain.
Can I wash them?
Never machine wash or submerge them while the heating element or battery is inside, as this can cause damage. If the pair has a removable heating insert, take it out first, then hand wash the outer slipper and let it air dry. Full care instructions come with every order.
Is it safe to wear them for hours at a time, like all evening?
Yes. They're designed for extended wear and include auto-adjusting heat zones, so they won't overheat your feet. If a setting feels too warm, just switch down a level.
Will they fit true to size, or should I size up?
Sizing runs true for most people, but the heating layer adds a small amount of bulk, so if you're between sizes or wear thick socks, we recommend sizing up. Full measurements are on the size guide.
